I contracted June to do some smaller work at my house in union mills several times. At first seemed like a nice reasonable guy, so I didn’t get another quote from another company for the jobs. This last time, he provided a quote which was 65% higher than 2 other contractors for the same work. Turns out guy has been overcharging without any remorse.2 stars because the work he did do was properly done. No issues on the work quality, simply the pricing is predatory.Also thinks he can advantage of landlords

Mr. Lee took time to explain the damage done due to wind, how he would get it fixed. He even went as far as Fredericksburg to get right material. I am very much appreciative of his professionalism.
