Clawes Flooring has completed 2 projects so far and both were an excellent experience. They replaced my basement carpet and replaced existing wood floor with tile in a powder room. I did not want to do everything all at once, so when I requested an estimate, they came out and measured all areas, but broke it up as requested. No pressure and answered all my questions. We went to Clawes Carpets in Clifton, VA to replace two stairway runners. From the initial store visit, to the measurement visit and the final installation they were very helpful, courteous and professional. The installed runners look great and there were some extra touches that actually exceeded our expectations. Reasonable price as well.
Incredible service and quality! I highly recommend Clawes Carpets for both hardwood and carpeting. We had them update the flooring in our house when we bought it. Luis and Bobby (the owner) helped us identify what would work best in our space. They even identified an expensive carpet that they insisted we NOT replace! The work was done flawlessly and they worked within our timeframe. They employ all of their installers and warranty everything. We had a stair riser that looked out of place and they replaced it for us. We got beautiful floors that should last a lifetime thanks to the Clawes team!
