Travis did a great restoration job from the pipe backup that flooded my basement laundry room and part of my garage. He worked hard pulling drywall, cabinets , sink and laundry machines. Once the toxic areas were removed, he sanitized the whole area and left an air scrubber to run the few days that it took to complete. I was very impressed with the professionalism that he maintained throughout a tough job. I give him 5 stars because he earned it.
First off, you can talk to a person when you call to make the appointment so unfortunately you can't get your daily frustration out with an automated system. Secondly the gentlemen that came out were superb. They have integrity and it shows in how they want to make sure their work is top notch. They check in with you. They explain things in terms that someone NOT in their field can understand. I will call them in a heartbeat if something comes up and its a service they offer. I cant recommend them enough. Lastly they were just good people and nice to my doggos. For a crappy situation (well pump issues), it was a very pleasant experience.
Dominick Seth and Brandon are 3 of the nicest young men I've ever met. They are real sweethearts. Friendly and professional. I don't know the other guys names but they were nice too.
