I want to say a huge thank you to Ann, Kelly, and their whole team. I stopped in after work for my monthly builder gel fill. They were very busy with VT and RU spring breaks as well as working short handed. Not only did they give me beautiful nails per usual, they were constantly apologizing for my wait, offer me snacks and water. What I am most proud of is how they handled the disrespect from another client- with poise, level headedness, and grace. I will continue to be a returning customer because of their excellent rapport and relationship building.
