He explained he was out of town, and proceeded to give me some options. Later that day, he sent me an estimate. I approved it, and his crew was at my house on Tuesday to take care of my issue. They were timely, wasted no time, and did exactly as I needed...saved a ceiling that was threatening to collapse! Mr. Crockett was kind enough to contact me frequently while out of town, have his crew solve my problem quickly and efficiently, and I am more than thankful!
