I had my first appointment at Beauty Lab today and it was such a wonderful experience. Olivia cut, colored and styled my hair and did exactly what I wanted! My hair is gorgeous and she was amazing to talk to. I felt right at home! I already scheduled my next cut.
It was my first time at Beauty and Wax Lab in Christiansburg, and I loved it! It was my first time in any salon in quite a number of years, and I was really anxious going in about getting a haircut; I also had some concerns to address just with the overall health and wellbeing of my hair and scalp. The environment was so warm and inviting, I spoke with multiple employees who didn’t participate in my service and they were all so nice and personable! I will absolutely be going back and recommending this salon!
I’ve been to the beauty lab 2 other times before my visit with Laury, I was happy with my hair cuts before but Laury actually listened to me, was so patient and sweet and overall a wonderful chat while she worked. I haven’t been so happy with a haircut in years, feel like a new dude and it’s all thanks to Laury so shoutout with peace and love !
