I brought my dog for a nail trim while on vacation. Pause for Paws was very accommodating! Fran is very knowledgeable and a complete professional. She acquainted herself with Maggie & made her feel at ease. I was able to be there with her which I like because most places whisk the dog away. Maggie is sensitive but had no problem with the nail trim at all. Fran even was able to buff the nails, Lol! The store is clean & tidy with many supplies you might need & had forgotten at home while vacationing on the Island. So friendly and experienced, I wish Fran was up by me in New Jersey.

The owner was so wonderful with our very friendly but hard to groom tiny dog. She really took the time to help our princess feel safe and was so concerned about making sure we didn't stress her out too much. Highly recommend!!
