Can’t speak for rest of the organization, but Landon is awesome! Been servicing us for years, always attentive and thorough, remembers my quirks and preferences, goes the extra mile for any little detail I want. Pests always kept well under control. However, when they eventually kick Landon upstairs I may look elsewhere. Tony

Overall good experience. Our service technician called prior to arrival to let us know he was on the way. Once he arrived he went over the list of pests he would be treating for and if there were any other pests we wanted him to treat for. He listened to our concerns and made us feel comfortable with how the process worked.

We have been customers for the past 10 years and want to take time out to give kudos to our technician Landon whom we have had for about the past 3-4 years. (I almost didn’t want to give his name at threat of losing him to new customer requests). He is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He is thorough and flexible with whatever concerns we may have and adheres to the schedule we have requested. Also I most recently had a great experience with Catherine who works in the office. She was kind, patient and understanding. I noticed that she listened carefully to my questions/concerns and was completely accommodating.
