Love this place. The staff are phenomenal and take great care of the fur babies. I trust them with my pet for any and all things. It's like a second home for my dog. They have ample space for the dogs to run, personalized kennels with outdoor space and a pool!

West Chester Pet Resort is the only place I trust to care for my fur baby pugs when we are out of town. The passionate, professional care the staff provides, allows me to have peace of mind every time. And they all are very patient with me; since I write down every detail of behavior, feeding, etc. My pugs are my babies. West Chester staff are the best experienced sitters for all the animals and their needs.

I am very pleased with Juliet's care at Chester resort . She goes to day care a few times a month and howls when we walk in.. and I mean howls with excitement. The staff is so friendly and upbeat .. I always feel welcome which is very nice as I know my girl can be a handful at times. I like the fact that the dogs are in runs not crates . I love the fact that they put a cap on how many dogs can come each day . And I like that they are careful with letting dogs in with the play group.
