Great service. Patrick and team were attentive and very polite from the moment we drove up to the bay. Options were offered and process explained in detail. No product pushing and no extra services were pressed. We asked for a filter replacement but our required filter was not available so they offered to replace it for free if we bought one elsewhere and brought the filter to them later that day. Great oil change and overall customer service. Will continue returning to Valvoline in the future.
