The instructors are knowledgeable and really push for the students to pass the class and become successful drivers. If there were more functioning trucks for the students to practice with then I would give 5 stars. But overall the program is successful.
Great school to attend if you listen to your instructors and ask questions you will do just fine. I appreciate having Toney as my first instructor very attention to detail kind of guy. He makes sure you will have your pre trip and in can inspections on point. Also would like to thank Raymond aka UNK. He is what i call the guy that seems hard on you but it’s because he cares. He doesn’t let you feel lost or confused. He will give you the tools to pass your maneuvers and the road test. I would say that I have had an excellent experience at Shippers Choice. The instructors are very knowledgeable and give you advice when you ask for it. They will work with you to get you ready for the final testing and actual driving. Not to mention the connections they have and they have recruiters come in to actually get people jobs. If you are serious about getting your CDL , and want to find work right after Shippers Choice is your school.
