Absolutely top-notch service at Palm Beach Tan in Chester! As a disabled U.S. Navy and Army veteran recovering from orthopedic injuries, I was very skeptical about stepping into a tanning salon. But I’d been encouraged to try something new for self-care and getting out of the house — and I’m damn glad I did.

Taylor helped me set up my membership with ease, walking me through the process like a total pro. Shay went above and beyond with extra info and made me feel completely welcome. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and had the kind of energy that makes you feel like you’re not just a customer — you’re taken care of.

Emma was great! i haven’t gotten a spray tan in forever and she was so knowledgeable about the products and also did a great job at upselling me on products that actually benefited me! will definitely be back for another great tan!

The Store and the Staff at Palm Beach Tan in Chester are AMAZING! Bryanna and Alexa do an outstanding Job! I do miss Jackson who was sent to another location. The Chester location is Convenient and I’m always met with a Smile.
