I was contacted when there was a cancellation and I was able to move up my appointment by almost 2 months from when it was originally scheduled -- good for me, and good for the office to not have wasted appointment slots. I felt that my vision concerns were addressed with a thorough exam by Dr. Douglas and good conversation about the type of prescription and type of lens that would work best for my situation. Optical department was well stocked with a variety of frames and Amber and Ashley were very helpful at picking out the right pair for me.“
