Joey provided a thorough inspection on 6/4. He clearly and respectfully explained findings, offered actionable steps to address findings, and took the time to answer questions in a way that met me where I was with contractor lingo, etc. and expanded my understanding of all that I should be considering to maintain a 100+ year old building. I didn’t feel like any services were pushed on me, something that seems rare in the world of home ownership. Grateful for his time.
Field Inspector Joey McCullough came to evaluate our concrete patio slab, which had settled and cracked away from the back of our house. He thoroughly explained how JES could address the problem by filling the eroded soil beneath the slab and lifting the concrete back into place.
Joey clearly described the repair process and made sure we understood each step. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the visit. Joey was both personable and professional, making the experience informative and stress-free.

Barry Kennedy was very professional and Explained everything with a smart and calm demeanor. Answered all questions and explained all the benefits of each and every product that was going to be used. By far the best customer service. If you want a Representative that cares and is honest about pricing he is the way to go.
