We had some serious issues with our foundation and center beam in the house that needed attention. After being looked at and a contract written, Jose and his guys (Tyler, Cumaro) jumped in and did an amazing job. The work involved digging some holes next to the foundation and at one hole that had to be done in my driveway and there was a drain pipe I thought needed to be cut. Somehow Jose found a way to make the hole as small as possible, thus limiting the damage to the driveway, and he just dug around pipe and saved the time and expense of having to repair the drainage. Justin from JES Foundation provided a quote for a concrete issue and impressed me with his professionalism and expertise. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explain the possible solutions, and answer all my questions.
Update: JES reached out to me and addressed my concerns. They sent out a completely different crew to address the issues and completed the job as originally explained. The second crew was only supposed to be here for a few hours to fill in a trench with gravel but ended up taking two more days to complete. So an encapsulation that was only suppose to take three days turned into five. I’m not upset as I assume the second crew was about as impressed with the first crews job as I was and made sure the job was done correctly the second time.
