As a founding member at the Chester store, I can attest that the staff at this location are very kind, professional, and courteous. Although I will be cancelling my membership due to a notably negative experience with management at the Chesterfield location, I wanted to take a moment to shout out the great people at the Chester store specifically.
This was my first spa experience and it was AMAZING! Sade (my therapist) went above and beyond to make sure my first experience was a great one, she was very informative and answered all mu questions! The front desk lady Brooke was welcoming and informative with all my pre appointment papers! I will be going back for sure!
My wife and I have been members of the Hand & Stone Massage Spa off of South Chalkey since opening, & we have thoroughly enjoyed all of the perks of our memberships. The location is convenient, the staff is incredible/knowledgeable, & we very much look forward to our monthly appointments. Whether you are looking for a reset paired with relaxation or you need more thorough work, you will be in great hands!
