I went to go get my Samsung fixed. The screen was cracked up and Ian told me it would all be done on the next day. I got a call around 5pm saying my phone was ready and all fixed up. I went to go pick my phone up the next day and it was good as new. I got a new phone case and screen protector. Everything felt very professional, and I'm so happy that I was able to get my phone fixed as a Christmas present. I feel good about my overall experience. Will be coming back in the future. :)

I was distraught when I went into the store, but the sales professional was awesome. He didn't overcharge me but was honest and candid. This young man had integrity! My phone works like a champ!

Took a brand new ipad in that was unresponsive. They were very upfront and honest with me and tried everything they could. Ended up being an issue with the ipad itself and had to return it, but the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
