My Galaxy S22 Ultra had a badly cracked Screen. I was a walk-in customer. Promptly I was greeted. The part was in stock and I had my phone repaired in less than 2 hours. The clerk paid attention to my needs & made sure I had all the documentation for reimbursement. That's way 5 Stars

The Fruitfixed employee who met me at the front counter on 6/16/26 was polite and appeared very knowledgeable and competent. I really appreciated that he was honest and told me there was a chance my phone would not start working again. There was a $50 diagnostic fee which he explained right up front. He was able to evaluate my phone within the hour. Although my phone was not fixable, having gone through a full wash cycle with my whites two days ago, he gave it his best shot and even gave me a discount on the diagnostic fee. Just as important, he was patient and empathetic as I shared my woes about having to get a new phone.
