I really appreciated that he was honest and told me there was a chance my phone would not start working again. There was a $50 diagnostic fee which he explained right up front. He was able to evaluate my phone within the hour. Although my phone was not fixable, having gone through a full wash cycle with my whites two days ago, he gave it his best shot and even gave me a discount on the diagnostic fee. Just as important, he was patient and empathetic as I shared my woes about having to get a new phone. Even bad news, when presented tactfully, is easier to swallow! I felt confident that he did all he could to check my phone without wasting my time or his. I appreciated the great customer service all the way around!“
