I’ve known Kim 20 years but recently started going to her for my hair care needs. Kim’s honesty and professionalism is priceless. She take time with your hair, educates you on maintenance and provides helpful product suggestions. I have been extremely pleased with both my appointments and plan to continue seeing Kim for my hair appointments. Oh and one more thing. She is ONTIME! Always a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable, top notch care. my grands and I always get compliments on our hair. If I have any concerns, she always seeks to please me. Great colorist and cuts.

Although Kim was pleasant to speak to and friendly. When I informed her that I was not happy or satisfied with my hair and sent her the pictures of why. She refused to do the right thing and refund the money bc and I quote “I don’t have it and I offered to fix it and that is all I can do”. I tried to reach her and respectfully request a refund but she only blamed me for not using a proper brush and refused to handle the situation properly. Also Styleseat refused to communicate or handle this.
