Had a great appt. Paid for custom orthotics and then nothing. No response to calls and emails. Did they just shut down or disappear - who knows?? I had to dispute all their charges through my credit card to get refunded. This place is a scam.

They don't bother calling you to tell you they are closed for scheduled appointment. Some of us work for a living. Months later they have the audacity to send me an email saying I owe 50 dollars. Do yourself a favor a go else where.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, I was told I would see a DOCTOR. When I arrived, I learned that no one gets to see a doctor. You have to see a nurse practitioner. To no avail, I protested because I traveled over 40 minutes for the appt, and I had waited several weeks for the appt day. I am not sure if this was poor communication or blatant bait and switch. Either the appt scheduler lied or this organization is running a SCAM. I knew I should have left, but I stayed and prayed for the best.Enter Mary Highsmith, a nurse practitioner at Achilles Foot & Ankle at the Hanover location, no greeting, no introduction. She didn't ask me about my concerns until I told her that what she was focusing on was NOT the reason I was there. She was horrible, just as I suspected a nurse practitioner would be. Clearly inexperienced as she [several times] asked her nurse if she was correct in what she was saying about her diagnosis and path forward offereings. She did not communicate well, and I felt rushed and unheard. She offered no viable resolution for my concerns.If you are seeking professional, intelligent, and experienced attention from a medical DOCTOR, avoid these scammers and definitely avoid Mary Highsmith!!!!

Something is wrong with this building. First, there was a neurology clinc there.i started there because of the location. After a couple of visits they move across from Westchester commons, way too far from Dupont area. then Achilles podiatrymoved in there. Saw them about 4 or four times and They moved to the west end. Now I have to find another podiatrist. Why does no practice stay here? waaay the ,needed to find another neurologist. Then Achillrs opened up

Listen to the bad reviews guys! i encourage you to stay away from this place! 500.00$$ later and nothing was done. i fill as if i wont billed correctly as they never even reached out to my insurance!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Thank me later!…

Let me start off by saying that this practice took no time with fitting me in for an appointment (same day), answering my questions and were beyond polite. Their office is easy to find and very clean.Dr. Felicia Copeland is a great podiatrist. I have had many and she stands out from the rest. She is very punctual. This is an outstanding doctor that knows what she is doing.If you're having problems with your feet I recommend this practice. If they had more than 5 stars ? to rate I would give them 10!

The doctor was great and attentive on my first visit. Unfortunately, I arrived for a follow up appointment today to find their front door posted with a hand written note saying they were closed until after Thanksgiving. Many unhappy customers had added comments to this note. They really should have attempted to contact those affected by their closure.

STAY AWAY! Communication with them is near impossible. They also don't know how to communicate to their patients. On hold for 4 hrs and counting.

Went for my appointment on 11 20 2023. Place was locked up tight.my appointment was 11 am. Note on door says closed till after Thanksgiving .no body called to let us the business was shutdown. I SUPPOSE I NEED TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.
