My brows turned out nice, but my upper lip was cut when the tech was threading. I had the numbing gel (which worked well), so I did not realize the tech was getting my skin as well. This is the first time in all the years I've been going that this has happened. I will return but will ensure the tech is careful when threading my upper lip.

I was introduced to threading when I lived in Bahrain. I'm happy the service is now offered in the US. I have always received great service and brow results when I visit the Greenbrier location. I receive compliments on my brows often.
It's clean and they follow hygiene protocol which is important to me.

I was very uncomfortable getting my eyebrows done the first time but the young lady who assisted me put my fears at ease she was so kind she talked to me the entire time I was getting it done and she was quick. I will definitely be returning and the place is so clean I like that.
