Same as multiple people below have said. Never got any pictures that I paid for. Reached out with no help from them at all so just out of money at this point. ONLY USED THEM because of the dance studio contract. they should NEVER work with them if this is common business for them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Ordered 5 months ago and had to inquire about order. No proactive communication from them. Told its out of control we can not get our prints. Offered 10% off digital prints but not a refund on our prepaid order already. So they want us to spend more money with no idea when we will get original order. Such as scam. Comment on FB and get deleted. Only reason we used them is because we had to through Copeland Queen dance studio. Now having to seek legal action to just get photos or money back. Update a month later - Still no photos. She sent digital copies of some for us to go print. Mind you, we paid for printed copies and still don't have them and didn't even send the group photos. We can get the individuals done ourselves with an actual photographer, but we can't get the group one. Denise Powers is a joke and a scam. Other local photographers have told us since how bad she is. Wish we had known that before giving this scam artist any money.

I have called over 50 times in the past seven months as well as sent emails and tried to contact this company through their website. I paid in advance for my daughters ballet pictures and have been waiting to receive them. The one time I did get through on the phone(3 months ago) I was assured they were to be sent with the next batch.The way this place is run is unacceptable, zero communication with clients and paying customers. You can’t even leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. I would not recommend anyone’s use this company until they learn how to communicate. I have even driven to their physical location during their operating hour and the door was locked and no one was there.
