So unfortunately, I originally hired a contractor who was not licensed and destroyed my bathroom (tub conversion to walk in shower). I was really upset because I wanted this project done before my birthday and in my new home I just purchased. West Shore was able to do everything in a matter of three weeks from my initial consultation to the job being finished and it looks so good. I have hardly used it because I just like looking at it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had two exterior doors installed by West Shore Home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Matthew and TJ were absolutely outstanding! They arrived on time, were professional, polite, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything they would be doing before getting started. Throughout the process, they were meticulous and respectful—especially important in our 1890s home. They took great care not to damage any of the original interior door moldings, which we really appreciated. The installation was done with precision, and the finished product is beautiful—our new doors look fantastic! After completing the job, they made sure everything was clean and tidy, and they also walked us through the warranty and the function of each door and lock. Overall, Matthew and TJ delivered excellent craftsmanship and customer service. We highly recommend West Shore Home and especially these two professionals for any door installation needs. A top-notch experience from start to finish!
