I cannot talk highly enough about Waterford. This company was my first choice and the best choice. The whole team was easy to work with from the first email to the day of. Communication was amazing, even being 2 hours away. They were open to facetime dates since I could not make it to the show room and would even send pictures if the lighting didn’t do the linens justice. They truly are “Girls girls”. I went in with the mindset of white linens with blue runners, they took that idea and RAN! And I’m sure glad they did. Our wedding day turned out so much better than expected. The ladies asked all the right questions, and they showed great interest in getting to know me as a person too, which created such an enjoyable — not stressful — experience picking and choosing linens ! I also appreciated how their enthusiasm was matched by their knowledgeability. They weren’t all hype and no service. They were personal hype men AND super professional in their services ! I would highly recommend Waterford to brides looking for a very personalized experience with their rentals :)
