Over the decades I heard about how frustrating building a house was: Virginia Builders shattered that worry! They were very easy to work with, very easy to communicate, really wanted to do the best they could possibly do. They took down some drywall that was bumpy, and seeing that the studs were the problem, they replaced the stud. The carpet guys put in the wrong carpet, and instead of trying to cover it up like nothing happened, they asked me if they should pull it up and put in the right one. I told them I liked the one they put in anyway, and they thanked me with a gift basket, haha! The fact that they came to me without covering it up meant the world. They were so easy to get ahold of, and we’re timely with the job. They are a business that does high integrity work and I really pray they never change because we have already made several personal recommendations. Thank you, VA Builders, for making what could be such a difficult process into a very pleasant one. And thanks especially to Lee who was our site manager who was always present, always willing to explain things, and went above and beyond!
