The Repair Guy is a fantastic company to work with for appliance repairs. They are pleasant to interact with, from the initial phone call to the problem resolution. Marcelo and his team are highly skilled, diagnosing and fixing issues efficiently and honestly. They are like family and provide quick, professional service, such as obtaining and installing a new oven glass within 24 hours of a client taking possession of their home. The Repair Guy is a dependable choice for appliance repairs.
Hands down Marcelo and Joquin are the best appliance repair techs in the area. Plus no one is the area is willing work on commercial grade home refrigerators.
Joquin diagnosed an overicing issue with our oversized GE Monogram reefer and knew exactly what to do. Repair wasn't cheap but saved us from buying a new $10K unit.
Then Marcelo came out and diagnosed a dryer problem and saved us another $800 by not having to buy a new dryer.
Best appliance service in the area, with great customer service.
My dryer wouldn't heat and they came out within a day to diagnose and fix the problem. They were very nice, explained everything they did and it was affordable. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
