Tried to pick up items several days after they said would be ready to be told to come back later that day. Came back the next day which took the lady 10 minutes to find the items. One item was a tie with stains, it doesn't even look like the tie was cleaned and stains remain.

I want to give this place a better review because they do a good job with dry cleaning but this is the third time in a row that I have brought some clothing items to get dry cleaned and was promised to get items back in a week. I came back a week as promised but items were not ready. It happened again the second time and again the third time. If you can't have items ready in a week, they should be open and honest about it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have read the negative reviews posted here, and decided that a positive was needed to offset them. I have used this cleaner multiple times, with very good results. Today when I went to drop off, there were some beads on my dress that I was dropping that needed removal. The very kind lady (I believe she is the owner) lent me a seam ripper, and stood there and helped me remove all the beads. WAY above normal customer service. I will return, and I am positive the future reviews will be just as positive.
