Hands down 100% the smartest and most honest guy I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the car industry. He not only fixes the issues; he fixes the issue that caused the issue to make sure it doesn’t happen again later down the road. As the owner of a car dealership, I have used him many many times over the years and he has saved me so much money and headache. I’ve had a vehicle sitting at a shop for a week that they couldn’t figure out and I dropped it off to Richard and he texted me before I got back to the dealership to let me know it was ready.
