My experience with Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads, from start to finish, has been nothing short of amazing. The price, install schedule, communication, project, and follow-up were all executed flawlessly. My quote included multiple options to accommodate any budget and clearly outlined the differences between them. After selecting the "best option" (still beating the competition), the Office Manager, Cristle, reached out to get me scheduled within 2 weeks. She kept me informed through each step of the process and had a positive hand-off with the Project Manager, Collin, who maintained that high level of communication throughout the install. The day of the install went perfectly; the crew showed up at 7 am and began laying out the nets to protect the siding and windows from debris, Collin texted me continually throughout to give me updates and was on-site all day to ensure the installation was completed to the highest standard. Afterwards, Collin climbed on top to inspect the work and into the attic to inspect the underside. I was so impressed with his attention to detail and dedication to my satisfaction. Even the owner, Jeremy, reached out to ensure I was happy with the completed project. This entire project could have been a huge stressor, and right before Thanksgiving, but Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads alleviated all my stress and made this project a pleasure to deal with. Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads just put a new roof on my house. It was a difficult job for many reasons - steep slopes, many angles, and the existing roof was very old and slippery. Collin and his crew did an outstanding job! They paid attention to the smallest details. They even replaced the old white, builder's grade vents with black ones to better match the roof color. My neighbors are completely envious. Collin kept me informed every step of the way. When a decision had to be made, he gave me all the facts and laid out my options and the associated costs (if any) of each option. Which brings me to one other point. On such a large scale, demanding job I was expecting to get hit with several change orders as they encountered various unforeseen circumstances. In fact, there was only one, and for that issue I was given a possible solution that would not have required a change order. Finally, they did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished.
