The nurses were the best part of my exp. I felt like I already had a death sentence. No empathy. I felt like a number. Left and got my second opinion. This place had me mentally stressed for two weeks. And not only did I enjoy my experience in Norfolk but I got some of the best doctors. And curable was wrote on my paper. And so far it's been a great experience. Even with me being on chemo. It's like they picked the perfect combination. I will never go anywhere near this hospital for anything. Those two stars are for the nurses. It was a horrible experience from day 1

Caring and attentive only begins to describe the atmosphere at Riverside Cancer Infusion Center. Dr. Zaidi , a very knowledgeable, thorough and an exceptionally skilled oncology doctor, exudes a patient centered countenance. The entire staff (including the front office staff) provided exemplarily patience care; making an experience filled with trepidation pleasant. All are incredibly professional, compassionate, gentle, caring, respectful and comforting. Ms. Tempest is an asset; with professionalism conducive to a healing environment. Just can’t find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation.
