Pride Mechanical came out to fix my AC unit today. They were so helpful when it came to scheduling, the technician (Chris) was on time, and he explained everything so I knew what the issue was. After a bad experience with another company, I will be calling Pride Mechanical for any future service/maintenance!
I love to support local businesses and Steve, Nancy and their team were amazing. We had no heat today on the first very cold day of the year and even at 3pm, when the kids acalled me after getting home from school, they worked us in and were able to diagnose and fixed my problem, all with a smile and incredible good humor. I could not be more pleased with the service, pricing, people or results. Thank you, Steve and team!
Chris came out and diagnosed a degraded fan motor. He gave me the option to choose between replacing the motor or the whole system without any undue pressure. I asked him to just replace the motor, and it works like a charm now. I appreciated the honesty and good work!
