My actual real name is Eddie Balles, anyway I call Don up after reading his web page, I was impressed he was willing to come out the next day and take a look at my pool. For reference my pool needed help! I have been out of the country for over two months.Don came out, looked at the pool and got right to work, he’s amazing and extremely fair in price. I’m a customer for as long as I have a pool here in Chesapeake!
Don was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His attention to detail and reliability really stood out. It is rare to find someone who truly cares about doing the job right - I highly recommend Don and this pool service company!
Don carefully listened and answered every question I had. I cannot thank him enough for being so generous with his time. You do not find many people with patience anymore and Don definitely made me feel good about the decisions made with my pool and he had a wealth of professional knowledge that he shared with me for closing my pool!
