This is my 1st experience with Urgent Care. From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect, kindness & professionalism. I was seen in less than 10 minutes. Within 4 minutes I was taken to Xray & the Physician was waiting for me when I returned. I was impressed! And grateful for such speedy attention to my pain & diagnosis of a broken foot. The referral however was unable to see me until 5 days later!. Not what I expected after such immediate attention at Urgent care. Pain threshold is an 8 & my maneuverability a 3-4. Five days is a very long time to wait!! for follow-up!

My visit was a pleasant experience despite unpleasant circumstances. The receptionist was friendly, personable, and welcoming. The nursing staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional from getting my vitals to blood drawn to xrays. Dr. VanderWeele was also efficient, thorough, and was able to make sure I had my 3 prescriptions to walk out the door with. I was seen almost immediately and wasn’t able to finish a 20 minute YouTube video from the time I arrived to the time I left. Great job, team. My sinuses and I thank all of you.
Excellent customer service was provided via front desk, registration, nurse practitioner and physican. The physician explained in-depth my current situation and was very polite and professional.
