I cannot say enough about Terry and his team! From the first phone call we made through finishing the job, these guys were on their “A” Game! I’m not an easy person to please when hiring companies to do work in my home, but during our first meeting with Terry, my wife and I were so impressed with his professionalism and honest, friendly demeanor that we didn’t even bother getting additional estimates. That showroom bus is pretty genius too!! It allowed us to choose multiple samples and place them in our home when making a decision. I cannot say enough good things about Ozark Flooring! They sanded and refinished our dining room floor last week. Jake was the lead and Will was his helper. They were a fantastic team! They kept us informed every step of the way. They used a dustless sanding machine and also sealed up our door openings. I am very susceptible to dust but my allergies did not kick in. They suggested the appropriate stain but also sampled four different ones for us. They arrived each day promptly and were very courteous. They cleaned up their work space each day. Well done to Ozark Flooring for the work they did on my floor. Jake scoped the job and provided the estimate. I procured materials per the estimate and was pleased to find that the material requirements were dead on. Jake and Andrew were punctual, friendly, and professional. Their workmanship was pure quality. Next time I need floor work done I will absolutely go to Ozark Flooring and urge anyone else to do the same. Thank you Terry, you have an awesome crew!
