Working with Newell’s was a great experience. Ryan and his crew made sure we were on the same page all along the way. Ryan kept us within our budget with a landscaping idea that was above our expectations.
All along the way there was clear communication. On the day the work was done, it all started with a walk around with Ryan and his crew chief and us to make sure the work to be done was clear. Throughout the day there was checking in by the crew chief to make sure all was well.
It was a very pleasant experience and we will be contacting them for maintenance.
After walking with Ryan the owner, we decided to go ahead and give them a shot for the lawn and mulching. Overall I am satisfied as Ryan took the time to listen to my wants and address them, their were a few hiccups in the beginning but the communication is great and overall happy with the services. We didnt like the big mower on the yard when wet due to a minor mud spot, We called Ryan and he promptly had the crew only use smaller mowers moving forward. We had Tim and Tony do the mulching and they were great to work with. Ask for them if you give Newell a call. Always professional and reliable. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes time to make sure you know exactly what you are getting. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for weekly cutting or looking to improve their landscape!
