KRISS USA has an excellent customer service department. I had a set of Kriss-USA sights on my AR-15. It's an excellent set of sights. I broke the rear sight and contacted their customer service section. They replaced it immediately without any arguments or conditions. Really a good company to buy from. They back their products.

I damaged my Kriss Vector & needed repair. I contacted them and they picked up within seconds. They were nice and understanding. They grabbed my info and also gave me the info that I needed to start my shipping progress to them. It got to them in 2 days. And I had my gun back within 2weeks. Now if your firearm have serious issues, it may take longer. So don’t expect the same timing. I had a minor issue. When they shipped it out, I got my firearm back in 2days. I had it shipped to my FFL dealer for safety. Let’s just end this with , I would give them 10stars.

I contacted Kriss about a rail that was bent on a new purchased Vector. They were super friendly and understanding I was looking to purchase the rail being I couldn't find the exact one anywhere and they sent it to me for free without questioning me I was very happy and pleased with the entire interaction. I will be purchasing another Vector soon I want the CBR vector next!
