Connie and her team has made this process from beginning to end seamless enjoyable and very memorable not only to my mom who received her flowers and absolutely loved them but for me as well they answered all my questions Connie even knew what flowers not to send as my mom is in a hospice suffering from COPD and didn't want to put any flowers in her arrangement that could make her condition worse. Each time I’ve ordered from Ion, I’ve been blown away by the arrangements. Even more, they communicated when changes had to be made due to flower availability, showing how much they value customer service. Big fan of Ion!

I came in the shop, I said pink and purple Flowers my wife's having a baby shower, They said leave it To them. I said OK I trust you. My wife was hysteric she says she couldn't believe it she thought they were fake she had to go smell them. Beautiful job ion floors and gifts!
