I talked to Ion folks just before the cutoff time for same-day delivery thinking I was cutting it close. The arrangement (a larger one) was delivered in just a few hours, was gorgeous, and the customer service during ordering was excellent. I will repeat.
We used this service to celebrate one of our remote workers for her birthday. The process to submit an order was easy and the delivery went out the same day (we submitted our order before 12 PM). The flowers that were received were beautiful! The woman that delivered the flowers patiently waited for the recipient as well as shared with her the knowledge of care for the flowers to give them the ultimate amount of life. :) Very pleased with the level of customer service this company demonstrated!
Thank you so much for the absolutely beautiful flowers you did for our Aunt Cathy (Wilkins). Both of our arrangements are still beautiful to this day! The ribbon and blue you added to the flowers personalized them even more for us. We appreciate your kindness at the shop and assistance with our orders.
You have our business now and going forward.
Sincerely, Nancy Wilkins
