We used this service to celebrate one of our remote workers for her birthday. The process to submit an order was easy and the delivery went out the same day (we submitted our order before 12 PM). The flowers that were received were beautiful! The woman that delivered the flowers patiently waited for the recipient as well as shared with her the knowledge of care for the flowers to give them the ultimate amount of life. :) Very pleased with the level of customer service this company demonstrated!
