I was visiting Virginia. Went to Norfolk office, I had lower left side back pain. First time, only my back was adjusted. All was good. Second visit, the gentleman adjusted my neck. The room blacked out briefly. I noted to man. That night my neck started to be achy. The next day I knew the gentleman was off so I waited. I went back on Saturday as I was to travel back to NJ. I went before noon but The office closed at 11Am. I returned home. With each passing day, my neck became worse and worse. Sunday I unable to turn my head side to side. I went to local NJ chiropractor on Monday. I have been treated with red light LAzar therapy several times a week, and acupressure. My Chiropractor describes my neck issuer as neck trauma such as similar to whiplash. The first week I missed work and had to get a driver as I almost was in two accidents due to my immobility. I slept sitting up as laying in abed bring unbearable head pain. It’s been over 4 weeks and still only 85% mobility, still experiencing deep muscle pain and stiffness. I’m writing this because I contacted the company, In8. They had “no response “ except.. “ continue with seeing your chiropractor. I really had no choice with that as I was completely handicapped. I lost over a month of my life with excruciating pain and not even “I’m so sorry. “ I DO NOT recommend them. Shame on them!
