My experience with Dr. Tran was positive. He and his assistant are very efficient. I was in on a busy Saturday and they were attending to everyone quickly. I was able to book and appointment online and there was minimal wait time. The process at lenscrafters did seem rushed and had I not slowed down the optician, would have been charged more than necessary for my frames and lenses.

Furthermore, he engaged in a discussion regarding contact lenses and together we decided I should wait. This consultation reinforced my belief that his primary concern was my well-being and visual health, rather than financial gain.
