Came in for a haircut and the guy that cut my hair didn’t follow directions. I explained to him that I have fine thin hair and told him exactly how I wanted my haircut. He only cut an inch off the ends and never gave me the inverted bob haircut that I asked for and had the nerve to charge me 20.00. I sat and waited for my sister to get her haircut. I observed the guy who had supposedly cut my hair and he apparently only knows how to barber. After my sister was done with her cut I told her what happened. The other day I came in after work to get a trim since my ends were splitting. I got a stylist named Mellisa (red hair) and she was outstanding. She could see were a previous stylist had “tried” to give me layers, which I didn’t want, and cut my hair so nicely. My hair is very even now. She was so pleasant to talk to. I really enjoyed her and will be requesting her next time I go!

Every time I get my haircut, the staff is always very welcoming. Brooke usually cuts my hair and she is always very professional. The store is always very tidy. I will always recommend this location
