Rob Jr. showed up on time as usual, walked through the service he would be providing and completed the work in a timely manner. Rob also took time to check on the status of a previous treatment for fire ants to ensure that issue was under control - without me asking. Especially Lloyd, who does the crawl space inspections, he is always positive, patient, and kind.
