Floor trader came out to our house and moved all our furniture and started removing the old floor. They found moisture under our floors and stopped work. We had to call out a restoration team to dry and clean the floors before floor trader would continue. They did not want to put down their floor until it was safe to cover them again. The floor trader manager spoke to us numerous times with advice and helpful information. When the floors were ready, floor trader showed up and finished the job in two days. They did a great job! The floors look amazing! I would definitely recommend them for flooring and install. They also worked with us on the cost and let us do payments with no interest for a year! Thank you floor trader!

We went there looking for some flooring and were left to browse at our own pace. Once we had questions, a member of the staff, Kevin, stepped up and took care of us. We ordered our choice and once it came in pick up was no problem. Great store, great staff.

I was in the market for new engineered flooring for my entire 1st floor, so returned to Floor Traders after buying my 2nd floor carpeting from them . Everyone of the guys were super helpful and they have a huge selection to choose from .. Especially Chad and Kevin as I had my mind set on Authentic French Oak and after borrowing many, many samples I ended up with exactly what I wanted in a nice wide 9.5 “ x 85” long plank !! Thank you all .. I am very happy !!
