Everyone except Christy is really nice. She does not seem to like her job and it reflects badly on the salon unfortunately. Even if I get excellent service from the other wonderful ladies upon listening to her talk to other patrons makes me uncomfortable. She comes off very snappy and short. Maybe some customer service training or maybe take vacation. I actually avoid when she is there to enjoy the experience more for the past couple of months. Highly recommend any of the other ladies.

My new Fav! Christy did an amazing job with my cut and color. It had been a long time since I had my hair done and she made it worth the wait. The entire staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I definitely found my "girl" for my hair! ?

After my hairstylist friend became disabled, she suggested that I go to Epix for a haircut. I was somewhat scared at first because way too many stylists in my past have somehow butchered my pixie cuts. I got Ashley for my stylist, and seeing her with a pixie cut herself gave me high hopes of getting an amazing pixie cut. Ashley is probably the first pro stylist that ever really got my pixie cut right at such a quick time (felt like my haircut lasted less than 15 minutes), that I would love to see specifically her again for my next pixie maintenance!
