Years of great service from Bug Out. Drew Capaldo has been our technician for years and is excellent. Had an issue with mice in our old house years ago, and Drew was out the same day to address and we’ve never had an issue since! Highly recommend!

Our long term experience with Bug Out has been great. Timothy Driscoll our previous technician was excellent. Our new technician Mike Nipper looks to continue that outstanding service. He is likable, professional and knowledgeable. His attention to detail was noticeable.
It is refreshing to see this kind of work ethic. Something that is missing in today’s environment.
