I had my first visit to Devinn Nail Bar Norfolk today. My nail tech is Teri. I want to let everyone know that I had a wonderful visit today! First of all, when I arrived to the salon and I had to stand up in the waiting area, I knew at that time there must be excellent service there. Staff are courteous and made sure that I was seated promptly. I felt very comfortable there. Teri did an excellent job on my pedicure and manicure. I am very pleased with the service she rendered. I am so happy to finally find a nail salon that offers amazing services. This is my first time here and I was suffering from a massive toothache. In my opinion, they have the best massage chairs I’ve been in, in a long time. In my opinion, they are the best in the Norfolk area near me.
