Easy online check-in, no waiting in line. Short waiting time to be seen. Pleasant, professional, helpful and friendly personnel.

I don't understand why this clinic has 4 rude people checking in veterans but only 1 person in there lab. A 2 hour wait is normal. Urine is usually needed for lab work so I'm already holding it when I get there. It's torture having to wait another 2 hours. It's obvious bad reviews aren't even being read. Whoever is in charge seems to change every year.
My eye appointment was great, optometrist (Dr. T) was excellent. Very cordial and professional, makes me feel like hoth my service and sacrifice count for something. A wonderful experience at the facility.
