I went there last week and it used to be my favorite place growing up for my nails and toes. But this past Friday was awful! My friend I and I went and I felt RUSHED. After I checked in they got my chair ready and I was choosing out a color and i could tell that lady was like hurry up already! You know? I thought I was getting purple nail polish turns out I got blue I didn’t have a chance to look at all the colors yet because I felt so rushed. I will never go back. Don’t waste your money im very disappointed

I used to enjoy getting my nails done at this salon and have been patronizing the business for ten years. The prices have increased significantly which I understand and support. However, the service has gone steadily downhill. Today my manicurist forgot to pretreat my nails to soak the gel off while I was getting my pedicure because she was too busy on her phone. Having to tip in cash is a major inconvenience as well. Tonight my debit card wasn’t working. Normally I would go home and get cash and bring it back but I decided not to this time because the service wasn’t worth tipping forNext time I will find a salon that appreciates my business.

Savannah is Great and I should’ve waited for her!! Majority of the staff, with the exception of a few are rude and their work is hot/cold. I went to one of the “best” techs in Chesapeake location (Vince) for a fill and his work was horrible!! I don’t know if it was just a bad day, or what..but I would’ve rather he said he didn’t want to do them. He destroyed a perfectly good set done by Savannah. My nails looked worse than they did when I walked in. That’s never acceptable. He was rough, snatching my hands and twisting them. The whole experience was just horrible.Service: Acrylic nails
