Really bad experience, they locked me in on a 3 year contract and raised prices half way through from 65$ to 75 a month. And the cancelation cost is the remaining month's of the contract. At the end of my 3 years they couldn't give me my the Admin code to add devices to my smart panel that I bought along with the other devices. Their costumer service is the worst, I've waited everything for 45 min + for a representative to be useless and point me to the vendor. Then another 30 min calling the vendor for them to tell me my admin code is with adt. Then adt can't access the code without a subscription from the contract.
