I'd like to start by saying I try to give all small business owners the benefit of the doubt when there are issues with services I pay for, as my wife and I have a small business. However, using Accurid for a roof rodent issue in my bayside rental property's attic around May has been one of the most frustrating, unprofessional experiences I've had in my many years of being a landlord.
