I attended a funeral of a loved one at Cherrystone Baptist Church December 2016. Mrs. Howerton did an excellent job directing the funeral. But what really made an impression with me was her repoire with people. I arrived early to get a good seat because I knew it would be crowded. Mrs. Howerton comes in to double check the display of the body in the casket. Afterwards, she went to every person in the sanctuary at that moment and greeted them. She was so warm and inviting. Many families have been helped by this business. She is a saved person who believes in doing right.
